Florence is a seasoned Insurance Professional with over 10 years’ of experience in Insurance and is currently working at ICEA LION Life Assurance Company (U) Ltd as the Manager – Life and Pensions. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in areas of Life Assurance administration, Reinsurance, Micro insurance, Bancassurance, Retirement Benefits Administration and Annuities.
She is also a consultant with the Insurance Training College of Uganda Training College and a certified Impact Insurance trainer for Micro Insurance by the International Labor Organization.
She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and a Chartered member of the Insurance Training College of Uganda
